Caldera is a beautiful mountain estate on a class 5 server with a number of existing residents. Unfortunately, we don't have the time and resources to continue running it. For that reason, we are selling the sim.
If you're interested in purchasing Caldera, please contact Pizel Paine or Yajma Janus. We'd prefer to sell to someone who wants to keep the terraforming and allow existing residents to stay. However, we'll also consider a sale to someone who has other plans for the sim.
