WANTED: island to purchase, NO REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT COMPANIES

I am looking to purchase second hand an entire island. I don't care what class. Some tenants ok, I need about half of it empty, anyone else renting on it can stay. I DO NOT have any interest in owning (renting) an island that is owned by a real estate management company. I intend to use it for my own home and shop, and I am not a real estate company.
