Our sim is landscapped so you have ocean on one side of your land and a private lagoon on the other side. This is no fake empty area, it's a real place designed for scubba diving.
All our lands have bonus prims ie 1124 prims instead of the traditionnal 937 prims.
We have strict policy no ban lines, no ugly buildings, no skyscrapper and no big shop or club with high traffic activities. So our sim is and WILL REMAIN, beautifull and without lag.
You get all rights on your land : terraform, resell, group deed and so on...
And all that for only 1375L$ per week. Yes it is THAT CHEAP ! And we sell our lands for only 6000L$ per week BUT with 4 weeks of tiers INCLUDED in the price so the buying price is in fact 500L$ (6000 - 4*1375L$).
