Coruscant Retreats has always been a small, quiet community, originally strictly residential, but a trying economy has forced me to change my layout. Currently, I am offering three different plots, two full quarter plots and a 4,096 meter plot. The details are as follows:
16,384 Meters (1/4 Sim) - 3,750 Prims - L$25,000 per month, first month required in advance, applies to both 1/4 plots available.

4,096 Meters (1/16 Sim) - 937 Prims - L$7,800L per month, first month required in advance.

Currently, the sims textures are a mixture of grassland and beach, I can at least 'attempt' to manipulate the textures to further satisfy the renter.
Terraformation is allowed on all plots, my only request is you leave a small layer of water between you and your neighbors.
Subdivision is 'not' allowed.
All plots will be placed either into the name of the renter or into a group of their choosing.
All plots are mature and are currently deemed residential, but can be rented for either purpose, although I would prefer residential.
