Yeah we also offer openspace sims for those who are interested, we have some of the lowest prices in Second Life - this is NOT an offer. Here's a quick rundown:
Evolution Estates allows you to buy a sim with the name of your choice and full estate rights or you could rent one with full estate rights. Our rates are the same for Residential OR Commercial. Don't be charged any more for wanting low cost commercial land!
Price to buy is L$ 69,880 with the first month tier included. (aprox. $265 USD)
Tier price is L$ 21,860 per month or L$ 5,465 per week. (aprox. $83.11 USD pm or $21.01 USD pw)
This is only $5 USD more then Linden Labs are asking, making finding a better deal very hard.
Renting is also possible at L$ 25,960 per month or L$ 6,490 per week (aprox. $98.64 USD pm or $24.89 USD pw)
You can also rent smaller plots as follows:
1/2 SIM (32,768 sqm) with 1875 prims for L$13,000 per month (aprox $49.55 USD pm)
1/4 SIM (16,384 sqm) with 937 prims for L$ 7,000 per month (aprox. $26.82 USD pm)
