Hello, I am Voxsu ( durh) and I'm one of the owners of Immortal Jewel, we just opened up, and set up shops that people can rent out to sell their creations. We've setup the shop as a marketplace, so rather then being an ugly "lets slap things on the wall" mall, we've actually spent the prims to build you your very own little shop.
If you act now, prices are dropped to $3 a prim($4 in window stores), as thats a really reasonable price for your own shop! And if you contact the owners while we're on, we'll give you temp edit so you can texture it however you want! Prices will last for two weeks before they rise to $4($5 in window stores) a prim, so act now!!
We like to provide different sizes of space, as everyone has different amount of stuff to sell. So, we sell in multiples of 50, and able to rent out multiple ones, or even a whole cubicle of upto 300 prims if you see fit, or 100 prims for our window shops.
For regular shops, its $3 a prim, at 50 prims, so l$150/week.
We also have corner ones that are 100 prims, so L$300/week
You may combine the 50's if the 100's are taken up.
For window shops, they are $4 a prim, at 50 prims, so L$200/week
You may also combine these two into 100's if needed.
The added cost is because your product will be seen from people walking the streets of the other stores on the sims.
