Rent has been paid up for over a week.
The land has been set up with lovely modern buildings, and fountains, reefs and waterfalls.
You may wish to re-build it, just let me know and I will remove the buildings.
New owner will have edit terrains rights, basically everything.
You may even sublet, subdivide, your choice.
Sale price is negotiable as the land comes with buildings and rent paid up over week left.
The name of the sim is based on the Vampyre saga - Twilight NewMoon.
