There are 2 lots for sale on Solare. One is a 4096 lot on the south side of the island. Great view and no land will ever be built below this land. I'm asking 1L plus the tier of 8000L ($31.00 USD). Since I give a 1.25 prim bonus you receive 1171 prims. It would be an ideal place for a business or a resident.
The other land is a 2048 lot with 585 prims. I'm again asking for 1L for the land and tier which is 4500L ($17.00 USD). This land is on the east side and does have land on the other side, but is a great location for a business.
Both of these lots would be great for someone who wants to have apartments or houses to rent out and make money that way.
