Two rentals are available on the VLS sim. The sim is a full prim class 5 sim and the current undeveloped half of the sim will be the future location of TalTECH Weapons (excuse the construction work).
Two plots are available:
VLS Rental 2
Size: 52 meters by 124 meters, 6448m2
Prims: 1475
Rental: 10,000L$ per calender month
Land purchase price: 500L$

Size: 124 meters by 124 meters (almost 1/4 of a sim), 15376m2

Rental: 25,000L$ per calender month

Please touch one of the rental boxes near those SLURLS for a covenant (the covenant section of the land properties may not have been updated).
There is some infrastructure on the sim (roadways, lights etc), hence the slightly smaller than normal plots. Note that while some items may appear to be on the rental plots, their prim count is on the roadway plot.
