Open Space SIMs are NOT:
o Designed to be built on.
o Cannot handle anything other than light script use.
o Are only designed for very light traffic.
o LL Concierge WILL NOT offer the same level of support on open space sims that are being abused in this manner.
If you want to hold parties at your house; have friends around; like your prims and scripted items (inc. beds and poseballs) then Open Space SIMs are NOT for you. Don't be sucked in by the price!
I have several plots of land available for purchase on Ambrosius. A full class 5 private region that can offer the reliability and support you require. Land that is designed and intended for both commercial and residential usage.
I spend the majority of my online time in Ambrosius as I run my very well known and established photography studio from there. This means there is always support close at hand should you have any problems.
Plots currently available for only 1L$ are:
o 4096sqm - with 937 prims for only 2200L$ per week.
o 8192sqm - with 1875 prims for only 3750L$ per week.
Other plot sizes can be made available on request such as:
o 16,384sqm - with 3750 prims for only 7000L$ per week.
As a parcel owner, you will have full rights over the land, including editing the terrain, managing the parcel ban list, and media settings.
