I recently had owned a gorgeous tropical commerical parcel for 6 straight months, on which I owned a club (to begin with) and at the end, a condominium building. It was 4,096 sqm. with over 2,000 prims (double prim), and it was located in a region that was adjoined to about 10-15 other regions (all owned by one company), creating one gigantic tropical island city, complete with a grid of working roadways, gorgeous palm trees, and hundreds of businesses/companies/clubs/shops/museums/etc. Unfortunately, the estate company went out of business and sold the regions to a private buyer, including the one I was located on. Myself and all my established neighbors were forced to uproot and relocate, starting all over again from scratch. I'm heartbroken because I really loved where I was, and am hoping to find a new parcel that is very similar.
I'm looking for another commerical parcel with at least 2000 prims (double prim), and preferably around 3000-4000 sqm in size, located on a large established area (multiple regions, all connected) with other businesses, clubs, stores, etc. I highly prefer a "tropical" theme (white sand + palm trees) but will consider others. I also would prefer water-front on one (or two) sides but also will consider other plots. Tiers must be reasonable, and Adult/Mature rating is required.
