If we see potential we'll buy your sims for $100 each and rehire you as an estate manager. As the estate manager you will still have a great deal of latitude to run your sims as you wish but under our guidance.
We'll pay you 10% of the gross income of the sim as your new salary, guaranteed for the first 6 months, and thereafter based on performance.
We will take on the entirety of the future costs and risk for your estate.
We will move your sims to join our rapidly growing continent and use our extremely popular store and successful marketing techniques to drive residents to your sims.
