~Homesteads~
Homesteads include 3750 Prims, The buyer will receive Full EM powers and can have up to 8 Other Managers. Customer support on your region will be available on call (Offlines are Texted to me) There are no limits, You buy the region, you own it! Have it placed where you want, have it named what you want, And get it within 5 min after ordering granted the Grid is stable.
~Expanding~

Second Homestead:
Expanding with a second homestead is fine! Just order it as you did your first, and if you want it placed next to your current one, that is possible too! If you choose to order your second threw a third party, I can allow Him/Her to place the new one beside yours!
Open Space:
Open Spaces are for Trees, Water, Whatever you want, You may want to surround your entire homestead with Open Spaces, For boating or accessible water. Please do read up on the terms and usage of these Open Spaces threw the SL Knowledge base before ordering one. You may also order these from me (Pricing as follows) You will also receive EM Powers on the Open spaces you order as well.

~Payments~
Currently i only accept orders paid in L$, Due to my lack of a PayPal account. This status will change in the future, but presently L$ only, Sorry.
Tier is expected to be paid within 1 week, of ordering the island. We ask that you keep your tier paid one month in advanced. So for instance if you came up in June and said you could not pay your tier for the month of june, We would still be able to allow you to have the region until July.
~What if I Change My Mind?~
Everyone changes their mind... If you cancel your region within 48 Hours of it being delivered, you will get a refund minus a 15% Restocking fee. If it is after the 48 hours and before 5 days, you will be charged a 25% Restocking fee. If it is after the 5 days, you will need to sell it, Or cut your losses. We will assist you in selling the region, and the buyer can either take over where you left off, or we can transfer it to another estate owner, and you would get the amount after fees in L$. Fees involved with selling to another estate owner include a 100USD Transfer fee charged by LL, and fees used to covert USD in to L$.
