I know that we all over-hype our lots for sale, BUT, I have two lots that are as nice as any in SL.
One is a 1024m

These are on the edge of a new class 5 Green Sim. They are flat and easy to build on. They both open on their long sides to an open sim owned by a group, there is Nothing obstructing your view!
They could be combined and if you wanted you could buy the three 1024m behind them and have the absolute nicest 6144m in SL!
