New Owner who rents/leases island (sim) will have full rights to land etc. upon payment of 1st month's lease fees. New Owner agrees to 30 days notice if leaving sim (and pays final payment). Owner agrees to also give 30 days notice if wants it back (and new owner pays final month). Owner agrees to give New Owner first chance if sim goes for sale.
The land in this sim may NOT be resold.
The island (sim) is for lease, not for sale!
A new group will be created for the you, granting you all rights over the sim (except selling land) and you will also be added as estate manager. YOUR SIM to do with as you wish... for only equal value of LINDEN TIER.
