Due to real life circumstances, I'm looking to sell one of my class 4/$195 tier a month sims.
My two class 5 sims are already sold and were transfered last week!
The sim is set up as residential, double prim and the residents "own" their properties on the land with payment for tier to me. They do own and can resell their properties so wiping the island should be discussed with them first.
Tier for the island isn't due to the Linden's for another 2 weeks.
Taking honest bids only! Buyer pays transfer fees and agrees to rename the island and move it upon transfer.
