VooDoo is moving and looking!

VooDoo DESIGNS, LLC has been in business since 2006.
Currently our homestead location is just too limited in prims resources so we have no choice but to move and are currently searching for a class 5 sim to rent land on for our main location.

Requirements
Area 19968 sq.m. (This must be shaped just about in a square. No funny shapes)
Prims: 5000
SIM: Class 5 ONLY!
Rating: Adult in Zindra ONLY!
Land Lord: No new accounts. Must be at least a year old.

Must have complete control over land to shape at will, media and more.

SIM MUST be in good shape. We are very picky about how the sim looks that we are located on. We take great pride in our creations as well as our store and what is around our store is just as important as our store.
