Gilanan Terrace hosts 1024m parcels of land and currently one 1152m parcel on raised land away from the road and is suitable for both residential and commercial purposes. Each parcel is terraced to give tenants the privacy they deserve.
The 1024m parcels holds 234prims for $350/week. The 1152m parcel hold 267 prims for $420/week.

All three communities accept skyboxes at or above 400m. All parcels come with terraforming, media, and ban/access options permissions.
Special Configurations

We will work with you to make your rental as flexible as possible. We will join or subdivide land from 300m all the way up to the amount we own. We will also reconfigure the shape of the parcel to give your buildings a better fit (both services subject to land availability). Extra prims are also available.
