NOTES:
- Transaction accomplished through LL's ticket system using your current method of payment to make sure they transaction goes smoothly.
- You need to find a spot for your new island. The existing location will have another sim I own moved into it. When you submit your ticket to LL you can add the coordinates of where you want the island placed. If you are new to estate management and have questions about this, please let me know.
- There are currently no renters on this island.
- Tier on this island is paid up through Feb 24th.
It is priced for immediate sale BUT no haggling. This is a great price and will not be reduced so if your intent is to try and go lower, look for someone else.
