Then come to the Isle of Goodness! IoG is a Class 5 sim owned and operated by the M&M Juggernaut Real Estate group, a partnership between Michael Kasei and Avalynn Allandale. Our goal with the island is to build a community of like-minded adults. We do not seek to make an outrageous profit. Rather, we hope to simply pay the monthly bill, earn a few extra Lindens, and enjoy Second Life with our friends.
As with ALL private islands, properties on the Isle of Goodness are LEASED, not bought. Our initial (and refundable) "purchase" fees are equal to the first week's rent, not the tens of thousands of Lindens charged by many estates. We also feature some of the lowest weekly or monthly payments in SL. Residents enjoy all the rights of ownership (terraforming, ban lists, media, etc.). Our only restrictions are that you cannot resell the land and that you must comply with the covenant to remain a tenant. You do NOT have to have a premium SL membership to lease.
The region is divided into seventeen smaller island lots, each of which is terraformed flat, two meters above the 20m water line. The central 4096 m2 lot is Michael and Avalynn's residence, where we host occasional events for our residents, friends, and guests. We don't just run the island, we live there too!
We currently have the following residential and light-commercial plots available:
Islands 1-3 are 6032 m2 in size, with a prim allowance of 1380 each. They are positioned at the outside corners of the region.
Islands 5-8 are 4752 m2 in size, with a prim allowance of 1087 each. They are positioned at the inside corners of the region.
Islands 9-12, 14, 16 are 2288 m2 in size, with a prim allowance of 523 each. They are positioned on the outsides of the region.
Any two adjacent lots may be combined for additional space and prims.

We offer a two-tiered pricing structure based on the term of your lease. Tenants who pay for a month (four weeks) or more at a time enjoy a discount from the weekly rate.

** FINDING US **
Press the Search button on the Second Life Toolbar, then select the Places tab. Type ISLE OF GOODNESS into the Find field, change the Category to Residential, and click the Search button in the dialog. Any of our available properties are listed according to the pattern "ISLE OF GOODNESS - ISLAND # - FOR RENT". They also have a special icon that looks like a price tag. The description field lists the size of the plot, the prim allowance, and the weekly & monthly lease rates. Teleport directly to the parcel by selecting the listing and clicking the Teleport button.
