$37,500L. This INCLUDES the first month tier.
$30,000L a month tier each month, due on or before the due date
You and four people you wish will be added as Estates managers. This means you will have full Estate Manager powers over the sim.
You get to name the Region anything you wish. But I need you to reserve the sim before it is placed. once the sim is online there is a $60usd charge (LL charges)
You run this anyway you wish. You can control water heights, covenants, bans, scripts, the sun, the terrain texture. All yours in full.
Basically, you will be able to run the sim how you wish.
The monthly tier is $30k a month.
