This sim is spectacular. Nearly every meter of land is terraformable for above or below water, so you can sculpt islands of any size or shape. A Linden-protected river runs down the middle of the sim, and the entire southern edge of the sim opens to a Linden protected ocean. The area is well established, and the surrounding sims and builds quite scenic.
