For a nominal rent and 100 prim allowance, my gf is considering renting a skybox on a private sim at 300m. height from a friend she has known for many months. This seems to be a personal favour to her, as her friend is building the skybox to my gf's specification. There appears to be no other properties on the sim and its quite isolated and rarely visited. What sort of arrangments by way of security and ownership permissions should she be aware of and also would it be wise to draw up some kind of rental agreement?
If there are any other questions I should be asking to protect her interests, I would appreciate being aware of them. To me the skybox opportunity sounds a very good deal.
