They are 100% residential, and are each equipped with 12 incredible fully furnished rental SkyHomes (NOT skyboxes or skypods), and are currently full. A full range of beach facilities are provided for the tenants. There are NO buildings on the ground whatsoever.
The sale will include the sims, all transferable objects, and non-transferable objects will be left in place (if required). Each SIm has an Estate manager, who is willing to continue to manage the sim if the new owner wished the rental business to continue.
Viewing will take place next week, 28th May - 2nd June, after which offers will be entertained.
Please note: NO financial information will be given, so please do not ask. It is entirely up to the new owner what business/plan they wish to pursue. If they wish to continue the rental business then the only financial information that will be given is the current rents the tenants are paying.
