Rent ANY property for a week, and get the second week free! (up to 3000L$) Rent for 2 weeks, get 2 weeks free! The maximum number of free weeks is 2, meaning you can save 50% on your first month's rent.
How it works: Choose any property, buy the lot, and pay the first week's tier to the box. Then, contact the sim's assigned Estate Manager to request your free week(s). You can get the Estate Manager's name from the notecard in the sign on the land, and also on most sims from the online status board by the rental boxes. The manager will add the time to your box, generally within 24 hours.
Exceptions and limitations: Every single available lot is eligible for a free week up to 3000L$. Lots that cost over 3000L$/week will have a 3000L$ credit applied to the box. You MUST IM a manager to receive your credit, it will not be automatically applied. This offer applies only to parcels rented between July 31, 2009 and August 31, 2009. It may not be applied to parcels rented before that date. However, if you already rent land from us and you add an additional parcel during this time, you can receive the discount for the newly added land.
Referral Program: If you are an existing landholder with a parcel rented prior to July 31, 2009, you can earn a free week's rent (up to 3000L$) for each new resident you refer to us - up to 4 per month. So don't worry, you don't have to miss out on this sale...just bring in friends and earn free weeks!
