rent is 6250 per week and can be paid up to 6 weeks in advance

Covenant- renter must abide by the SL TOS and code of conduct, other than that I do not care. Renter has full access including estate tool access. Renter may pay up to 6 weeks rent in advance. Should the property be needed, owner reserves the right to end rental with notice at any time by locking the rent box, Renter may stay for the remainder of paid rent time or initiate a refund from the rental box.
