ok up for bid is two island estates for sale
The names are
Escape
and
Enchanted
The payment will be in current dated lindens to me Megz Xevious with the credit card holder that makes the island tier Cazzj Brearly making the contact with Linden labs to transfer the title of the islands. Both island are wanted to be sold at one time. They are hooked together. I have wiped Escape all except the waterfall and a few items for continued fun.
Island Enchanted is not wiped or clean yet and I still have 7000 prims of build that will be cleaned up in a few days, or I guess as soon as someone buys the sims.
The transfer fee will be payed by the new owner in Linden currency to me at the time of the transaction takes place for both islands. The starting lowest bid that will be taken is 1000 usd dollars in current dates linden value plus the transfer fee on each island of 100 usd payable directly to me.
Cazzj Brearly will then initiate the transfer of the sims to the new owner, and all that stuff.

So then i check email 4 5 times a day and I will log on during evenings central usa time between 5pm and midnight cst omaha nebraska time.
The person coming up with the money first gets the islands. These are being sold as such Cazzj Brearly and myself are not in a position to spend as much time anymore. I will be in world about half as much as I was. So instead of 4 or 5 hours a day, an hour or so to work and visit.
The custom terrain textures can go with the islands for an additional fee that you and i c an discuss. These are custom made by me myself and are not in world anywhere else.
Ok, thats just about it. Hop to it and get these islands in your hands on these great sims. The terraform i can set back to revert to default, or i can leave them just as they are.
The hope is that these will both be bought at the same time and are being offered in a buy 2 islands deal. If one person buys both islands, the transfer fee of 100 usd dollars on each island will be cut in half so that we pay for one island transfer fee, and you pay for the other island transfer fee. I do think thats an equitable agreement, and should help with the purchase.
