First, You start with a grass platform which is your rezzer. (free) It fits on a 1024 plot and has a texture changing border so you can pick from different style hedges to surround your new property. By clicking your grass platform you get a pop-up menu that lets you pick from any of the units that you have purchased and easily loaded...and there are many to choose from.
Clicking one option will unrezz the last , and when no one is around your rezzer for 15 minutes it will unrez itself - which is great for saving prims
