I went and made this a while back, kept it as a freebie in a few random places. Now I'm officially offering it in my store and Xst marketplace.
It's my scaled height bar. A simple cube prim scaled with feet and millimeters (yeah... I was too lazy to drop a zero in Visio) and will measure anything from its base to about 3 meters or 10 feet.
It's no-mod by default, so nobody can dork around with the scale. And it's phantom, so you can walk your avatar right into it for a true 'eyeball' perception of your height. It's that simple.. Works on tinies and quads.. And gives an accurate enough idea to how tall you actually are according to the SL prim meter.
Take it, give it away, do whatever you want... Just, please, don't resize it. =^-^=
