There are new shop spaces available on the Brugge sim.
The main focus of the island is The Bushy Beard Pub... a very active place that puts on events every day of the week including DJ's, themed events and of course Live Musicians. The Pub brings in a lot of traffic to the sim using no campers or gimmicks, just fun.
The island is fairly new and shop spaces are still being built, all based on the real life Bruges... but a number of shops are already rented out.
Price ranges:
From 185L a week to 1500L a week... prim ranges from 70 up to 600.
All shops can be modified to your needs and will be placed on their own parcel.
A teleport point will be set up next to the pub straight to your shop.
