We have 16 shops here at Meerkat Mall. And we are looking for vendors that are happy to rent by means of % of sales.. We are not asking for rent here so there is no initial outlay.. It also means that you dont need to worry about how sales are doing because its not costing you a L$- We are asking for 30% of sales. But we will negotiate on that. If you think you would rather rent than we can accomodate you too..
L$ 150 per week 50 prims
L$ 250 per week 100 prims.
