I had a gorgeous condo building set up and running, and today I was notified by my land company that they have sold their sims to a private owner, and that all current parcel owners needed to vacate their properties. Needless to say, I'm upset -- and I decided not to move my condos somewhere else as there's no way I'll ever find land like that again. I don't have the energy to put hours upon hours into rebuilding them, redoing the decor and electronic systems, and putting up the pre-furnished bedroom sets again.
