Hi guys
I just started looking for land to buy and came across some ocean parcels for sale on the mainland and was wondering how that works.
Seems it's just a platform that's been built on the water (which is fine, a mini 1024 island is perfect for me
But, if I right-click it there is no "About Land" option. So is buying one of these really owning land?
If anyone can explain these I'd really appreciate it.
