Solare Shop Rentals

Hi, my new Island is coming along great. But I need some shops to fill up my mall. If anyone is interested in starting a shop on the Island please contact me.

Lower level shops are 400L wk with 150 prims
Upper level shops are 250L wk with 75 prims

I also have shop/apartments for rent, where you can have your shop downstairs and your apt loft upstairs. These run 500L wk with 150 prims.

First week of renting is free if you rent for 2 or more weeks.

There are many fun activities on the Island such as jet ski's, wind surfing, swan ride, scooters, skybox theater. I have apt & houses for rent as well at reasonable prices.
