The Particle Forge is a tool for scripters and nonscripters alike. I have tried to make it non-scripter friendly. You can create a particle system, and display it in world, or add it to your build without ever having to touch a line of script code. It's completely automated! (of course, if you want the script, the particle forge will output that as well)
Particle systems can be kind of difficult to learn, but i have 19 examples ranging from bling, to fires, to explosions, to fountains. I am also available to answer any particle creation questions you may have.
