PS Yard Sale & Flea Market, a spam-free place to shop for good deals. This is a true resale business, i.e., it's not a side attraction to some other main attraction. Almost everything I sell is inventory that I have purchased from other residents or have created myself. Folks come to me when their closets, attics, and basements are overflowing and they want to sell their excess inventory in a no-hassle way for cash. I do have 3 vendors stalls that I rent out to others, but 99% of what you see at the yard sale is merchandise personally bought and displayed by me for resale. You won't see many business like mine in SL, primarily because my method is quite labor intensive. However, I absolutely love running the yard sale! It's a win/win for everyone--the residents who sell to me because they can get quick cash for just cleaning out their attics and basements, my customers because they get great deals, and me because I can make a little profit while doing something I really enjoy.
