Marla Beach Mall is now up and running - but its a mall with a bit of a difference. I am offering exclusivity to all the vendors, so the mall will only have 1 tattoo vendor, 1 jewellery vendor etc....
7 out of 12 spaces are currently full.
Just to sweeten the deal (!) the first weeks rent is free - i am also putting a classified ad in for each of the individual vendors to ensure they get traffic interested in their products.
The mall has a lucky chair and dance pads and traffic is climbing steadily.
