Just now open for a month and traffic is improving. The traffic numbers are lower than I like for them to be, however they are honest numbers and not kicked up by bots on the property. They indicate actual visitors.
Rental spaces are 10x10x8 for $150L/week and a 50 prim allotment. We are the and only mall area on Renrose to accept your First META credit card for payment of rent.
There are currently 4 spaces available in our main section and 5 in our annex with the potential of 5 more when necessary to lease them.
If you are a first time renter, contact Talon Eracktor for a one week refund when you lease for one month or a two week refund if you rent for two months. Send notecard titled "1st rental".
No restrictions on what you sell in your space other than what is listed in the notecard upon rental. All we ask is that you have permission to sell whatever you display.
