Hello my name is Genetican Nightfire, I am currently a Co Sim Owner of the Region "Turtle". I, Joobilee Benoir, Wired Wuyts, and Vokksu Emmons are offering residents a place to rent. The rental areas are currently Commercial Only unless said otherwise. The area is Industrial Themed, has a Mall, Nightclub, Vendor Rentals, and Combat Arena. It is DCS compatable and is a great place to hang.
We are finishing up the touches to the Sim, and will not be offically open just yet.
Now here's where the whole point of me posting this up comes in. We are posting this up here to announce the shop rentals ahead of time before things get too crazy. If you would like your spot reserved BEFORE the sim officially opens, drop one of us a notecard. Please I kindly ask you DO NOT IM any of us due to our IMs being capped.
Title the Notecard as "Interested in your Rentals" and send it to one of the Sim owners shown below.

We will grant you a temporary access pass to the sim so you may look around and see if it's what you desire to set up your shop. We only have limited number of spots, so it is important that if you are interested you jump in on this oppertunity. Prim allowance and price will be discussed once you are granted access and talk with one or all of us.
