Mercantile Exchange Mall has shops available! We are in the final stages of putting the finishing touches on giving the mall an updated and more modern and wordly look. As a special offer to potential tenants, we are offering a one time deal to help get you started!
Any new tenants joining the Mall during October will get their tenancy length extended up to 4 weeks. For example, if you rented for 8 weeks, you would get an additional 4 weeks free for a total of 12 weeks! If you paid for 4 weeks, you get an additional 2 weeks free for a total of 6 weeks!
The mall is on a private island, low lag with residental, parks and other commercial buildings. The owner of the mall will be running a weekly advertisement for the mall. If you would like your shop specifically named in the ad, please contact the owner HD Slade. We require that all shop owners advertise their shops in their picks tab as it also helps to get your store name out there.
The owner of mall is very involved. Why just rent from someone and then never see them? Rent from someone that wants to help you with succeed in business!!!
We offer flexible prim rates for the shops:
Small Shop L$150 to L$180 with 60 Prim
Large Shop L$300 to L$360 with 120 Prim
Extra Large Shop L$600 with 240 Prim
Extra prims may be purchased in lots of 10 for L$25.
