My account says I bought the Unlimited RezzBox but it is not in my inventory and the store owner will not help--she says it's my fault--and won't return my 580L. She told me to get a copy from the creator but he does not respond in real time--just autoresponse. Help! Anyone familiar with this situation. Can someone talk to these people because they are ignoring me.
I have filed two abuse reports and a ticket report. How long does that take? Meanwhile my new home stands undecorated.
