la Croix Mall now open!

Hi, I have been feverishly working on this mall (with my builder and friend, Tan260 Talon) for about 2 weeks, and I think we are finally at a place where we can actually call it 'open'.

There are currently:
6 large shops, 175L$/100 prims [We have already rented 4 of the 6 shops]

4 'half' shops, 105L$/50 prims

1 week minimum rental.

This is a pg area, so nothing x-rated will be sold here. I had an amazing 1000+ rating on 'traffic' on the about land tab last week...even with all the mess of construction, so I think this place will do well (I hope).

If you think I sound like I don't know what I'm doing, you're right, but hey, everyone has to start somewhere!

I think the rent is reasonable, the first week is free (which means you'll get a free week added on after you pay the rental box) and I am open to percentages/vendor space exchanges, so come on over and check it out, if nothing else I would love your feedback on how to improve the build. But be nice, we have worked hard

I am also open to giving a month of free space to any merchant that has enough of a reputation to bring us some good traffic.

I'm going to do my best to run this business in a way that will benefit both you, the seller, and me (for now I just want to make enough to pay the tier on the land).

So, for those that don't know, just type Croix into the map and search, choose Croix (not Croix du Sac or whatever the other one is that pops up) and tp in, we are located right smack in the middle of the sim, and it is so far pretty low lag, in spite of the fact that a casino has opened beside us.
