I've decided to sell my furniture store and concentrate on my Sim development, prefab housing and retail/residential rental businesses.

Total Inventory of these items is over 1500 pieces.
I will also include in the sale my extensive inventory of custom textures. This collection developed by me in Photoshop numbers over 2500 individual textures.
This includes Fabrics, Woods, Metals, Glass, Marble, Art, Carpets, and misc. items.
Not Included are those items designed by Classy Patton, which includes most of the lighting, and a few of the patio furniture pieces.
This is top quality merchandise, with many unique pieces. Designers shop my store for their clients.
