Solare Isles has nice big shops for rent for 400L per week and you get 150 prims to work with. The upper level shops are 250L per week with 75 prims. There is also a shop/apartment or studio you can use. You get a whole building to yourself. They run 600L per week with 150 prims.

Also, at Solare there is land for sale, apartments and houses for rent. We have open water to jet ski and wind surf on. Lots to do in the fast growing class 5 sim. So hurry and get the best space available.
