We are releasing some new shop space in a large converted brick building on Etopia Island. The space is high enough for two floors and can house two large shops or one very large. The rent is 1250L per week with 150 prims. Etopia Island has no camping and a vibrant community of real people who come for the beauty, the shops, the activities, the environmentally friendly message and the company of great residents. We hold many and varied events such as discussions, lectures, classes, live music, dancing, monthly triathlons as well as having some great things to do and see at all times.
