WHAT IS IT?: The Instra-home is a multi-module (scene), low prim(under 117 prim, fits on 512M, though 1024 is recommended), COPY-ABLE, luxury home, exquisitely decorated and fully furnished, that allows the renter(or owner) to change scenes at the touch of a button. Module details below!
WHO IS IT FOR: Really, it is for anyone who wants a great place to live, but the Condo was designed with three specific groups in mind:
(1) RESIDENTS who own or rent small parcels of land, who want luxury without committing to a high monthly tier.
(2) LANDLORDS (and landowners with unused land) who want to offer a flexible and elegant living space for their tenants, while making the most efficient use of prims AND square meters. This all-in-one solution is a true BUSINESS-in-a-BOX, offering anyone with spare land the ability to generate extra income.
(3) ADULT ENTERTAINMENT AND ESCORT CLUBS can use the Renter's Dream for escorts and guest entertainment. Every module includes sumptuous decor and Couple Love sex and cuddle systems, eliminating the need for expensive, high prim rooms eating into your profits.
(4) People who don't want to rent or own, but want to be able to rez a cool place to hang out for a few hours in a public park or sandbox. (You need the ability to rez objects and run scripts to set out the Insta-home)

Common module features (details on individual modules below):
Multi Menu sex and cuddle systems in EVERY module. This is the popular Love Couple animation system with 29 couple animations and poses. Each system is configured for the room, but all poses and animations are individually adjustable.
High quality Bits & Bobs (fully licensed) sit animations BUILT IN to all the furniture. No static poses among these!
Amazing attention to detail: Original, stylish furniture and amazing accents. Featuring Onyx's Creative Designs unique, functional and beautifully textured furniture, as well as decorative details like candles, flower arrangements and artwork. Some original textures that are seen nowhere else in SL, and much of the furniture is built with sculpted prims for a realistic, organic look. What's more, some of the furnishings have menu based multi-texture systems. Seams, gaps and those annoying, flickering texture overlaps have been eliminated. Textures are expertly matched for a consistent, quality look.
EoW lighted windows in the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen/dining room modules. These windows are versatile, beautiful and functional, offer a choice of windows, blinds and curtains (opened and closed), tints and lighting effects.
Light, fire and water effects. You will want to have local lights turned on to appreciate the subtle and striking lighting and fire designs built into every every Module.
Flowing room designs and high ceilings make navigation around each of the modules a pleasure. Whether you like mouse look or cam-follow mode, it is easy to get a great view of your surroundings.
Revolutionary rezzing system! Easy to navigate menu-based rez-on-demand system takes advantage of both permanent and temporary prims to keep the prim count on your land low, without compromising functionality.
Easy placement! Unlike most positioning systems, the Renter's Dream rezzes from your inventory as a 6x12 platform, not a box that gives you no indication of where the build will rez. (NO ONE else thought of this before?) The platform serves as an easy placement guide. Line up the edges with the corner of your property, make sure that you have about 30 meters in the front (The size of a standard size 512M lot is about 14x30.), sit down on the stylish bench and set the height, and you are done!
Small size means that you could subdivide a 4096M lot into EIGHT 512M plots with individual Media access. WOW! (It is NOT recommended that you load up any parcel this way. I feel it is better to give yourself a little wiggle room. Sure, if you own a whole SIM, you could place 128 of these puppies out, but all those temp rezzed prims firing off at once might bring undesired results.)
In line Tutorials let you rezz feature overlay instructions right over the module! That means that there is no opening note cards for instructions on how to use each module's features. Open the module. Open the in-line overlay, and the features have instructions right next to them, detailing use. When you are done with the tutorial, just clear it without affecting the module. Need a refresher? Rezz the tutorial again!
EXTRAS! Each Renter's Dream package comes with a box of great open source goodies. Radio, TV, bartender HUD and rental system are included!
Expandable! New add-on modules are being developed that can be purchased and added to your Renter's Dream system for a very reasonable price. Typically new modules should cost about the same as a set of nice furniture. Modules in development are a swimming pool/deck/hot tub, a disco, a garden and even a dungeon! (If anyone knows any good animators, send them my way)

Ok, let's talk details. Here are the specs for each module.
Living Room:
Stunning modern design, with the front half of the structure's walls and ceiling done in lightly smoked glass block. Light effects on the interior walls and hardwood floors & great textures throughout.
Onyx Holt's exclusive Plush Living Room set with the amazing Fabric-Change remote, loaded with 10 great textures (leathers, suede and weaves in a number of colors) that switches the entire set at once via pop-up menu. Pieces in the set includes a carved rosewood and glass coffee table; two matching end tables; a three cushion sofa(5 sit anims, one in each seat cushion, one in each arm) with MLP sex and cuddle unit; 2 cushion love seat(four anims, 2 cushions and 2 arms); arm chair and ottoman(three anims, 1 seat, 2 arms); and a chaise lounge(4 anims, 3 seat, 1 arm). All of the seating is made with sculpted prims for a great look.

Cracked tile floors in the dressing area and small pattern tile in the shower/tub area. Etched glass and a gorgeous stained glass door separates the dressing area from the tub/shower steam room area.
Elegant ceiling lights and EoW windows, switch controlled.
Dressing area:
Dual black marble sinks set in a richly textured cherry cabinet, mirrors over each sink and brushed steel faucets. Hand washing animation balls in front of each sink.
Cherry dressing table with matching stool, it's own mirror and accents.
Amazing koi tile mosaics in three walls.
Tub/shower/steam room:
MLP (animations are set throughout the room)Tub with brushed steel hardware, steam and jet buttons.

Carved Rosewood Bedroom set includes: Carved rosewood bed with fabric change bedspread (10 fabric choices) and the Fabric change remote and sleeping animations built into the pillows. Pillows, mattress and bedspread are made with sculpted prims for amazing realism; matching tall dresser, low dresser with mirror, two nightstand tables and wardrobe.
Matching nightstand table lamps and two floor lamps with light switches on either side of the bed and the facing wall. All lamps work by touch as well.

I really wish I could describe the armchairs and lounges better. I feel like they are something special. You just gotta see them!
* (Actually, the lounge is built into the rezzing platform and is the one you sit on when adjusting the height of the Renter's Dream, so technically, the dining set matches the lounge)

Kitchen/Dining Room
Huge, vaulted, flying chrome glass block ceiling over and elegant 4 person cherry and black modern dining set, accented with custom purple pyramid candles and a sculpted fruit centerpiece. Out famous fabric change rug protects the light accented hardwood floors.
A full modern kitchen includes chrome accented appliances, windows everywhere and our ever-loving MLP system built into the center island. Get your groove on in the sink, the counter (careful of the burners!), the dining table and even the kitchen stairs.
A Custom Asian-inspired black shelving unit serves double duty as a banister that leads to the upper patio.
Our Pecan fabric change patio set makes a return appearance on the upper deck, allowing you and your guests to gaze at the night sky as you enjoy your after dinner aperitifs in style.
