I am offering free shop space to the first 5 people who IM me in-world about this post.
The conditions of the free shop space are as follows:
1. You must be able to limit your shop to 25 prims. Doesn't matter if you use a vendor or not, as long as you stay under 25 prims.
2. You must provide at least one freebie from your shop. Not just any junk freebie, one that shows the kind of quality you are selling.
3. Promote your shop location. If all shop owners promote their locations, everyone else wins too, and the more traffic we have, the more sales you make. I do have a club on the land as well, and I do promote the shops that I have there. Some of the shop owners give me giftcards to give away during our events.
I also pay 10% commission on refferals that lead to shop rentals, or skybox rentals.
Shop Rentals $L150 /wk 25 prims.
Skyboxes 50x50 platform, 50 prims $L250 /wk.
Prices are negotiable on a case by case basis.
