After 6 months working i SL, i finaly desided to get a premium. So this ismy first post on this forum.

We have two levels, all kinds of stuff is being sold there (clothes, shoes, jewelery, weapons, animals, flowers, bodyparts, skins, ...) Atmosphere and surroundings are great, ambiant music, also stream music available (80's channel)
RENTALS :

Ground level has 50 prims shops for 300 L$ a week, (almost all rented out in 3 days)
1 floor level has 50 prims shops for 195 L$ a week. (almost all rented out in 3 days)
at the groundlevel there are over 10 market stalls and 8 advertising boards.
The mall has his owen teleport system. You can rent a teleport board at the rezpoint to drup your texture in. Once the board is touched, the customer gets teleported right in your shop. Boards rent out at 1L$ and 5 L$ a week.

If you have a special request, like a double shop, we make one big shop with between 50 and 100 prims.
TRAFFIC:

We have a Brazilian group centered in the mall, who gives parties almost every day, so traffic is pretty good there. We have also a few camping spots.
The traffic has been stable the last days and around 7000.
