We have a few shoppes left for rent on a Tropical Resort Themed Estate.
The shoppes themselves surround a busy live venue where events are ran almost
daily. Surrounding the resort area are residential parcels that have been almost
filled in the two weeks we have been open!! With all this said, YES WE HAVE GOOD TRAFFIC HERE.. at times hitting over 7000 in this short time!!! We have added 4 more stores which are located right at the landing point near Seaside Marina. Dont wait too long as they are going quickly!!
