mambo Xtreme is a new (nude)beach for shopping, dancing and having fun!
it's situated on the dutch sims 0031, a very busy dutch community.

there are still some shops free to rent,
big shops with 40 prims for 240 l$, smaller shops for 120 l$ with 20 prims.
Free rent till march 1st!!
